RotorLab Academy
Learn RotorLab by using it.
Short, hands-on trainings for each area of RotorLab, from filing a flight to closing a work order. Each one ends in a certificate with an ID anyone can check, and your org admin can see who has passed what.
Free for members of RotorLab organizations during launch. RotorLab Basics takes about 30 minutes.

See every trainingHow each training works
01 Read the step
Each step says what the page is for and exactly what to do, with the labels you will see on screen.
02 Do it in RotorLab
Open the page in a shared practice organization and do the step yourself. Nothing you do there reaches your own organization’s records.
03 Prove it
Answer a question you can only answer by doing the step, then pass a ten-question final check with 80% or more. You can retake it.

What training your team gets you
- A team that uses what you bought. Each member learns the pages for their role: pilots file flights, maintainers close work orders, safety leads keep records current.
- A record of who passed which training. Each certificate carries the person, the training, the date passed and the expiry date, with an ID anyone can verify.
- No risk to your records. Every exercise runs in a separate practice organization.

Training for your whole team
We set up a team space for your organization. Your org admins add members, group them by crew or department, assign trainings and see who has passed what, with expiry dates.
Certificates you can check
Each certificate names the person, the training, the date passed and the date it expires, 24 months later. Its ID and QR code open a public verification page.
A RotorLab Academy certificate records completion of RotorLab product training. It is not a pilot certificate, license, rating or regulatory approval, and no regulator has reviewed it. Your organization decides how it counts this training.
